Hilary Knights has had over 20 years’ experience in the childcare sector as a marketing professional. During this time Hilary has worked with childcare entities such as ACA Qld, ABC Early Learning Centres, numerous independent centres and as a Board Member on both public and private groups.

David previously worked at Flight Centre’s business travel group, during which time he turned a failing store into one of the most improved stores in the area.
David is no stranger to the early childhood sector as his wife is a qualified Early Childhood Teacher who has also completed her Master’s in Early Childhood Education.

Danielle has worked in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector across NSW for more than 30 years. She has led multi-site organisations, guided new service developments, and supported successful acquisitions and sales.
