August has been another record month for Childcare Concepts with centres being viewed over one weekend and offers secured immediately after which is a great result for vendors.
This quick turn is due to our high level of preparation to ensure all information is available for purchasers to make informed decision in a timely manner. With centres selling so quickly we strongly encourage you to contact us if you are considering selling your centre as many pre-qualified Approved Providers are missing out each weekend and are keen to acquire and settle a centre before the end of 2023.
