We have gathered another group of highly renowned industry experts in one forum who will cover topics including child care business strategy, using market intelligence and technology to inform business and investment decisions, tax depreciation and more.
PLUS, for the first time, we welcome two giants of the childcare industry, Tom Hardwick from Guardian Early Learning Group, and John Bairstow, CEO of Sparrow Early Learning, who will be sharing their experiences in Sydney and Brisbane respectively.

Tom Hardwick, CEO, Guardian Early Learning Group – Tom Hardwick is the CEO of Guardian Early Learning Group, a childcare business he co-founded in 2004. Today Guardian is one of the largest childcare businesses in Australia, with 100 early learning centres, turning over nearly $250M pa and employing more than 2000 staff. Prior to Guardian, Tom worked in law, management consulting, investment banking and funds management.

Dr Brenda Abbey, CEO, Childcare by Design – Dr Abbey has worked in the early childhood sector for over 30 years, and for the last ten has specialised as a childcare consultant. Her practical experience, together with the effective working relationships and collaborative networks she has developed with government and non-government agencies, peak bodies, and industry professionals, ensure your service is high quality, individualistic and profitable.
